Transportstyrelsen upphandlar ett ramavtal avseende konsulttjänster för utveckling och förvaltning av system inom Sjö- och Luftfart. Det uppskattade behovet under normala förhållanden under ramavtalsperioden ligger dagligen på mellan 5-10 resurser, upp till max 15 resurser. Detta kan variera under avtalstiden. I undantagsfall, under korta perioder, kan det röra sig om så många som 20-25 resurser. Dock finns ingen garanti för minsta volym. Takvolymen för ramavtalet utgörs av 90 000 000 kr.
