Kungälv förvaltar idag runt 100 konstruktionsbyggnader på offentlig plats och i marin miljö. För en god förvaltning krävs inspektioner, underhållsåtgärder samt om- och nybyggnationer för att säkerställa framkomliga miljöer för infrastruktur. Kungälv handlar därför upp konsulttjänster för att säkra detta. Ramavtalet omfattar två områden.
