För att möjliggöra att Riksbankens strukturkapital kan utvecklas och förvaltas förutsätts tillgång till resurser, verktyg och en enhetlig standard. Dessa tillgångar samlas inom Riksbankens arkitekturcenter, Enterprise Architecture (EA) Center, som utgör den funktion som arbetar med arkitektur inom Riksbanken. Denna anbudsinbjudan syftar till att säkerställa tillgång till resurser och kapacitet för att ge stöd till arbetet inom Riksbankens EA-center.
