Description
SCB söker 1-3 leverantör som kan bidra i arbetet med att säkerställa en god användarupplevelse i digitala kanaler genom att tillhandahålla tjänster inom tillämpad UX/UI- och tjänstedesign. Upphandlingen omfattar i huvudsak UX- och tjänstedesign men kan komma att omfatta även informationsarkitektur och innehållsstrategi samt hela kedjan från konceptdesign till detaljerad design, kravformulering inklusive validering av användarupplevelse genom användningstester eller andra metoder.
