Ramavtalet omfattar konsultstöd entreprenadbesiktning fastighet vid underhållsprojekt, reinvesteringsprojekt och investeringsprojekt av förskolor, skolor, kontorslokaler och vårdboenden och därtill hörande byggnad. Avtalet omfattar endast besiktning fastighet men med samordningsansvar för en komplett besiktningsgrupp för alla ingående delar av projektet. Avtalet omfattar inte besiktningar inom el, tele, data, säkerhet och vvs.
