Description
Upphandlingen omfattar IT-konsultmäklartjänst. När ett behov uppstår får säljaren i uppdrag att stödja köparen i att hitta lämpliga utförare/konsulter (underleverantörer). UM kommer utefter sitt behov göra löpande avrop under avtalstiden. Vid varje avrop konkurrensutsätter säljaren konsultmarknaden för att kunna ta fram och erbjuda den för köparen mest fördelaktiga IT-konsulten.
