Detta upphandlingsunderlag avser leda till ett ramavtal med en oberoende konsultmäklare som kan erhålla tjänster från managementkonsulter som kan erbjuda kompetent ledarskapsstöd till vår organisation. Syftet är att säkerställa att våra ledare har tillgång till relevant expertis och stöd för att effektivt driva och utveckla verksamheten. Ramavtalet ska tillfredsställa Köparens behov av konsultstöd som inte reglerats i andra avtal eller när andra avtal inte ger förväntat resultat.
