Description
Beställaren har ett löpande behov av externa konsulter med olika kompetenser för att stödja sitt uppdrag och utveckla verksamheten. Idag anlitas konsulter inom bland annat IT, projektledning, informationssäkerhet och verksamhetsutveckling. Syftet med denna upphandling är att säkerställa en effektiv tillgång till kvalificerade konsulter. Beställaren avser att teckna avtal med en konsultmäklare – en leverantör som inte själv tillhandahåller konsulter, utan förmedlar dem från underleverantörer.
