Description
Syftet med upphandlingen är att avropa tjänster från en oberoende konsultmäklare, vilket innebär att Leverantören inte själv tillhandahåller egna konsulter. Uppdraget för konsultmäklaren är att identifiera och presentera de mest lämpliga kandidaterna, i enlighet med de specificerade kraven för varje individuellt uppdrag eller beställning, bland de tillgängliga konsulterna på marknaden. Målet med denna upphandling är att få en (1) ramavtalsleverantör som förenklar administrationen för Upphandlande myndigheten och effektivt tillgodoser Upphandlande myndighetens behov av lämpliga konsulter, detta till aktuella marknadspriser och samtidigt ger det beställarna en god kostnadskontroll och bättre uppföljning i användning av konsulter
