Upphandling avser ramavtal för konsulttjänster inom samhällsbyggnadssektorn för konsultkategorin: FÖRORENAD MARK B avser att i första hand avropa konsulttjänsterna i olika skeden från förstudier och förprojektering till utbyggnadsskedet, dvs inom både utrednings-, planerings- och genomförandeskedena.
