Description
Upphandlingen avser successiva leveranser av konsulter till Affärsområde Elnät/Projektenheten. Syftet och målet med upphandlingen är att täcka behov där interna resurser inte är tillräckliga, exempelvis vid arbetstoppar, tillfälliga vakanser eller vid behov av specifik specialistkompetens. Upphandlingen består av sju (7) anbudsområden. Ramavtal kommer att tecknas med tre (3) anbudsgivare per anbudsområde. Avtal kan komma att tecknas med ett färre antal om inte tillräckligt många anbud kommer in eller om inte tillräckligt många anbudsgivare kvalificerar sig. Det är möjligt att lämna anbud på ett eller flera anbudsområden. En anbudsgivare kan tilldelas ramavtal för flera anbudsområden. Anbudsområde 1: Projektledare Anbudsområde 2: Uppdragsledare Anbudsområde 3: Beredare/projektör Anbudsområde 4: Anslutningshandläggare Anbudsområde 5: Byggledare Anbudsområde 6: Besiktningsperson Anbudsområde 7: KMA-specialist Begränsning av kombinationer av anbudsområden på grund av intressekonflikter För att undvika intressekonflikter som kan uppstå vid utförande av uppdragen, finns det begränsningar av vilka anbudsområden som får kombineras.
