Description
Värnamo kommun och enheten Mark- och exploatering har behov av konsulter för område A. Mark- och exploateringskonsulter och område B. Fastighetsvärdering. Objekten är belägna inom Värnamo kommun. Med ramavtalen som grund kommer avrop att göras för varje uppdrag, där omfattning och övriga förutsättningar preciseras. Ramavtal med rangordning. Värnamo kommun kommer anta max tre (3) konsulter per område. Avrop sker genom att ge löpande uppdrag till ragordnad 1:a osv. i rangordning om man tackar nej. Även möjlighet till förnyad konkurrens inom området (A) där samtliga avtalsparter bjuds in att lämna anbud på det specifika uppdraget, om kommunen ser det som ett bra alternativ till konkurrens. Förnyad konkurrens gäller alltså inte för område B- fastighetsvärdering. Värnamo kommun har även förbehåll för specifika enskilda större uppdrag att kunna upphandla separat genom annonserad upphandling. Värnamo kommun garanterar dock ingen specifik volym. Upphandlingens beräknade värde: SEK 4,8 mMkr Om ramavtalets omsättning uppgår till maximala angivna takvolym 5,5 mkr har Värnamo kommun rätt att säga upp avtalet till omedelbart upphörande.
