Upphandling av konsult för utveckling av ”Precision HealthTech Hub”. En viktig del av uppdraget är att hitta finansiärer för verksamheten. Basen för Precision HealthTech Hub är en infrastruktur och ett “community” med fokus på utveckling av nya smarta läkemedel (Avancerade läkemedel, ATMP).
