Rekrytering av och stöd/handledning/utbildning till familjehem för barn och unga 0-20 år. Familjehemmen ska vara rekryterade, förhandsbedömda och utredda av den aktuella verksamheten samt utredda och godkända av kommunen. Tillgång till stöd i form av beredskap via telefon ska finnas dygnet runt.
