Uppdraget innebär att utifrån Uppsala spårvägs konstprogram, och den konstnärliga inriktningen Transformationer, ta fram förslag för konstnärlig gestaltning av gång- och cykeltunnel (hädanefter benämnd GC-port) i anslutning till hållplats Uppsala Science Park (under Dag Hammarskjölds väg) som är en del av Uppsala spårvägs anläggning.
