Genom ett konsignationsavtal till merparten av volymen ska en beredskapsvolym upprätthållas inom Halmstad tätort. Upphandlingen omfattar även HEM:s behov av stationstankning av HVO100, Diesel samt AdBlue för tunga fordon.
