Description
Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonywanie świadczeń zdrowotnych osobom pozbawionym wolności w ramach lekarskich dyżurów medycznych na terenie Szpitala i Ambulatorium z Izbą Chorych Aresztu Śledczego w Gdańsku. Usługa wykonywana będzie przez okres 12 miesięcy od dnia 01 stycznia 2026 r. do dnia 31 grudnia 2026 r. na zasadach określonych w ustawie z dnia 15 kwietnia 2011 r. o działalności leczniczej (Dz. U. z 2025 r. poz. 450, 620, 637, 1211) oraz ustawy z dnia 27 sierpnia 2004 r. o świadczeniach opieki zdrowotnej finansowanych ze środków publicznych (Dz. U. z 2025 r. poz. 1461, 1537).
