Description
Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonywanie świadczeń zdrowotnych osobom pozbawionym wolności w ramach dyżurów lekarskich na terenie Aresztu Śledczego w Gdańsku. Usługa wykonywana będzie przez okres 12 miesięcy od dnia 01 stycznia 2024 r. do dnia 31 grudnia 2024 r. na zasadach określonych w ustawie z dnia 15 kwietnia 2011 r. o działalności leczniczej (Dz.U. z 2023r. poz. 991,1675) oraz ustawy z dnia 27 sierpnia 2004 r. o świadczeniach opieki zdrowotnej finansowanych ze środków publicznych (Dz. U. z 2022 poz.2561 z późn.zm.).
