Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonywanie świadczeń zdrowotnych osobom pozbawionym wolności w ramach dyżurów lekarskich na terenie Aresztu Śledczego w Gdańsku. Usługa wykonywana będzie przez okres 7 miesięcy od dnia 01 czerwca 2025 r. do dnia 31 grudnia 2025 r. na zasadach określonych w ustawie z dnia 15 kwietnia 2011 r. o działalności leczniczej (Dz.U. z 2024r. poz. 799,1897) oraz ustawy z dnia 27 sierpnia 2004 r. o świadczeniach opieki zdrowotnej finansowanych ze środków publicznych (Dz. U. z 2024 poz.146 z późn.zm.)
