Predmet nadlimitnej zákazky je v súlade s § 3 ods. 4 zákona č. 343/2015 Z. z. o verejnom obstarávaní a o zmene a doplnení niektorých zákonov v znení neskorších predpisov (ďalej len „zákon“) zákazka na poskytnutie služieb s predmetom podrobne vymedzeným v týchto súťažných podkladoch (ďalej len „týchto SP“). Predmetom zákazky je komplexné poistenie pre Mesto Žilina. Predmet zákazky je rozdelený na 2 časti: Časť 1/ Poistenie majetku a zodpovednosti za škodu Časť 2/ Poistenie motorových vozidiel Podrobné vymedzenie predmetu zákazky, resp. jej častí tvorí časť B. Opis predmetu zákazky a D. Obchodné podmienky dodania predmetu zákazky týchto SP.
