Description
Beställaren har för avsikt att under Q1 2027 upphandla ett dokument- och ärendehanteringssystem som stöd till Lunds kommuns ärendeprocess. Systemet planeras att implementeras och vara i full drift Q3 2028. Syftet med denna RFI är att ge Lunds kommun möjlighet att skapa sig en bild av marknadens systemlösningar, utifrån kommunens behov och förutsättningar. Kommunens förhoppning är att denna RFI ska komplettera den som genomfördes under 2025. Därför är det kommunens önskemål att denna RFI särskilt fokuserar på den utveckling av dokument- och ärendehanteringssystemet som har implementerats det senaste året samt den plan som finns för utveckling inom de närmaste fem åren.
