Przedmiotem zamówienia jest odbiór i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych z terenu Gminy Poświętne od właścicieli nieruchomości, na których zamieszkują mieszkańcy w okresie od dnia podpisania umowy do dnia 31 grudnia 2027 roku z zastrzeżeniem, iż wykonawca wyposaży wszystkie nieruchomości w worki na odpady, nie później jak do dnia podpisania umowy oraz zorganizowanie i prowadzenie Punktu Selektywnej Zbiórki Odpadów Komunalnych w miejscowości Poświętne (PSZOK) w okresie od dnia podpisania umowy do dnia 31 grudnia 2027 roku.
