Description
Swedavia ska upphandla ett nytt kompetenssystem som ska stödja tre centrala HR processer utbildning, prestation och succession. Systemet ska levereras som en SaaS-tjänst och omfatta nyttjanderätt för både interna och externa användare, implementation, utbildning, support, underhåll och dokumentation. Uppdraget omfattar även migrering av relevant information från nuvarande lösning och nödvändiga integrationer med angränsande system För de fall att anbudsansökande företag vill använda sig av European Single Procurement Document (ESPD) kommer Swedavia möjliggöra för detta genom att på begäran skicka ut dokumentet till det anbudssökande företaget. Dokumentet kan sedan fyllas i och bifogas anbudsansökningen. Användandet av ESPD är frivilligt."
