Upphandlingen omfattar ramavtal av kommunikationstjänster, både för HB:s ordinarie verksamhet och uppdrag där HB är huvudman. Målet med upphandlingen är att erbjuda verksamheterna inom HB ett mångsidigt tjänsteutbud som passar dess olika behov inom området.
