Description
Upphandlingen omfattar en i grunden, färdigutvecklad tjänst som driftas som en molntjänst, samt nödvändiga tjänster som ska säkerställa en framgångsrik implementation och löpande systemförvaltning. Upphandlingen ska resultera i ett avtal, som möjliggör kostnadseffektiv vidareutveckling av Tjänsten i linje med verksamhetens behov. Målet med Tjänsten är följsamhet till Lag (2017:612) om samverkan vid utskrivning från sluten hälso- och sjukvård. Lagen reglerar samverkan, planering och betalningsansvar i utskrivningsprocessen.
