Denna upphandling av fullservicebyrå inom kommunikationstjänster är ett verktyg för kommunikatörerna och hela organisationen att nå ut till de som på olika sätt berörs av SRVs återvinningsverksamhet. Det gäller främst alla som bor och verkar i Huddinge, Haninge, Salem, Botkyrka och Nynäshamn men även andra intressenter. Målet och syftet med upphandlingen är att teckna ramavtal med en leverantör av Fullservicebyrå inom kommunikation i form av strategisk rådgivning inom både marknadsföring och pr/kommunikation samt operativt utförande av kommunikationsaktiviteter och grafisk produktion.
