Description
FRA bjuder in till upphandling av Kommunikationsbyrå med inriktning på kännedoms-, varumärkes-, och arbetsgivarmärkeshöjande åtgärder. Syftet med upphandlingen är att teckna avtal med en (1) leverantör som arbetar med FRA som Kommunikationsbyrå med inriktning på kännedoms-, varumärkes-, och arbetsgivarmärkeshöjande åtgärder. FRA har behov av att leverantören ska kunna tillhandahålla strategiarbete i mediarådgivning och dialog om olika kanaler och medier. Frågor såsom i vilka kanaler FRA bör synas med materiel och med vilket materiel vi når olika målgrupper är exempel på frågeställningar där rådgivning och dialog ingår i uppdraget. I arbetet kommer det att ingå framtagning av material som ska kunna anpassas för aktuell media och kan gälla både filmproduktion, tidningar, bilder till sociala medier, banners till hemsidor eller reklampelare, ljudklipp etc. Det innebär även att leverantören innehar den kompetens som krävs vid framtagning av underlag för kampanjer i sociala medier och produktioner av poddar.
