Description
Upphandlingen avser ett kommungemensamt system för service-, support och ärendehantering till Örebro kommun. Systemet ska initialt klara 400–800 handläggare /agenter, men antalet kan komma att behöva utökas över tid till maximalt 2500 handläggare. Därtill kommer ska det även vara möjligt för Örebro kommun att köpa tillhörande konsulttjänster och utbildningar i systemet. Vi ser fram emot er ansökan!
