Upphandlingen avser insamling, transport och behandling av följande typer av kommunalt avfall: - Kontorspapper - Restavfall i container Kristianstads Renhållning AB ("Renhållningen") är ett kommunägt bolag som ansvarar för insamling, transport och behandling av kommunalt avfall i Kristianstads kommun genom ett auktorisationssystem. Denna upphandling görs inom ramen för Renhållningens auktorisationssystem, dvs. en förutsättning för att lämna anbud är att anbudsgivare måste vara auktoriserad avfallsentreprenör av Renhållningen.
