Description
Beställaren avser att upphandla Kommunal vuxenutbildning på gymnasienivå, yrkesförarutbildning, enligt Skolverkets yrkespaket inom följande: 1. Yrkesförare persontransporter, buss (500 GYP) 2. Yrkesförare godstransporter (lastbil) (600 GYP) 3. Yrkesförare godstransporter (lastbil) med tungt släp (800 GYP) Anbud ska lämnas på hela uppdraget, alternativa anbud accepteras inte. Beställaren uppskattar den totala inköpsvolymen per år till ca 4 000 000 - 5 000 000 SEK. Takbelopp för ramavtalet är 22 MSEK för den totala avtalsperioden. Ramavtalet upphör att gälla om avropad volym överstiger takbeloppet. Ramavtalet är dock fortsatt tillämpligt avseende utförda eller pågående avrop. Beställaren förbinder sig emellertid inte att avropa en viss kvantitet, utan antagen leverantör är skyldig att leverera beställarens verkliga behov.
