Description
Värmdö kommun bjuder in till upphandling av köksutrustning i syfte att teckna ramavtal med en leverantör. Upphandlingen sker genom förhandlat förfarande utan föregående annonsering enligt lag (2016:1145) om offentlig upphandling (LOU). Anbudsgivare ombeds inkomma med förslag på skrivelse för krav på prisjustering i Bilaga 2 - Priser och betalning punkt 3 Prisjustering. Föreslagen skrivelse ska bifogas till bilaga Anbudsformulär och kommer ligga till grund för förhandlingen. Notera att avtalstiden har ändrats.
