Riigihanke eesmärk on leida koostööpartner, kes aitab läbi viia uussisserändajate kohanemist toetavate teavitustegevuste teostamist kommunikatsioonistrateegia elluviimist ja kavandatud tegevuste elluviimist 24 (kahekümne nelja) kuu jooksul alates raamlepingu sõlmimisest või kuni raamlepingu maksimaalse kogumaksumuse täitumiseni (sõltuvalt sellest, kumb saabub varem).
