Description
Norwegian Committee on Skill Needs (KBU) is a publicly appointed committee that shall present the best possible professional assessment of Norway's future competence needs. The secretariat for KBU is located in the HK-dir and the procurement of this knowledge basis is carried out by the HK-dir. The theme for this selection period (24/25) in KBU is the importance of new technologies for future competence needs. The committee shall submit a main report by the end of 2025, which shall discuss how digital technology influences competence needs.
