Description
Hankinnan kohteena on julkisiin hankintoihin ja kilpailuttamiseen liittyvä asiantuntijatyö. Kilpailutukset kuuluvat pääsääntöisesti hankintalain (1397/2016) soveltamisalaan kansallisen sekä EU- kynnysarvon ylittävinä. Valittavat palveluntuottajat vastaavat tehtävistä, jotka voivat sisältää hankintasuunnittelua, kilpailutusprosessin vaiheita, sopimuksen elinkaaritehtäviä (valmistelusta allekirjoitukseen), sopimusneuvotteluita, sopimuskauden seurantaa, muutoksenhaun ja riidanratkaisun tehtäviä sekä tarjouspyyntömateriaalien kommentointia ja niiden laadunvarmistusta. Puitejärjestely sisältää seuraavat kolme (3) osa-aluetta: • Osa-alue 1 – Palvelut/Tavarat • Osa-alue 2 – ICT-hankinnat • Osa-alue 3 – Rakentamiseen liittyvät toimeksiannot Tavoite sopimuskauden alkamiselle on 1.1.2025. Toimeksiantojen määrään vaikuttaa, kuinka paljon projektirahoitusta on vuosittain käytettävissä.
