Description
Hankinnan kohteena oli kiinteistönvälityspalvelun hankinta Veikkaus Oy:n omistamasta kiinteistöstä 9-12-200-2 (os. Karhunkierros 4, 01640 Vantaa) tulevan asemakaavan muutoksen nro 002433 myötä muodostuvien suunniteltujen tonttien myyntiä varten. Tavoitteena on myydä kiinteistö vuoden 2025 aikana. Veikkaus valitsi kilpailutuksen perusteella yhden palveluntuottajan. Palveluntuottajalla on yksinoikeus kohteen markkinointiin ja välittämiseen sopimuksen voimassaoloaikana.
