Description
Hankinnan kohteena oli kiinteistönvälityspalvelun hankinta Veikkaus Oy:n omistaman kiinteistön 49-51-98-2 (os. Turuntie 42, 02650 Espoo) myyntiä varten. Pyysimme tarjouksia kiinteistön myyntiprosessin toteutuksesta sekä siihen liittyvästä kaupallisesta ja juridisesta neuvonannosta. Tavoitteena on myydä kiinteistö vuoden 2024 aikana. Sopimus on voimassa viisi (5) kuukautta, jonka jälkeen se jatkuu toistaiseksi voimassa olevana yhden (1) kuukauden molemminpuolisella irtisanomisajalla.
