Description

Entreprenaden omfattar en totalrenovering av Kexen Östra, innefattande detaljprojektering, rivning och byggnation. Kexen Östra är en kontorsbyggnad belägen i de centrala delarna av Örebro. Byggnaden har en BTA om drygt 5000 m² fördelat på fem (5) våningsplan med tillhörande källarplan. I entreprenaden ingår såväl nytt klimatskal, ombyggnation av kontorsytor som iordningställande av utvändiga miljöer. Projektet genomföras som en totalentreprenad (ABT 06).
