Description
Hankija soovib rentida lühiajaliselt sõidukeid õppuse Kevadtorm 2026 tarbeks. Hankija soovib rentida sõidukeid, mis vastavad käesolevas hankes esitatud tehnilistele nõuetele. Hankija sõlmib kõigis hanke osades nii mitu hankelepingut, kui on vajalik nimetatud koguste saamiseks. Kui hindamiskriteeriumite kohaselt parima pakkumuse esitanud pakkuja pakub nimetatud koguses sõidukeid, sõlmitakse hankeleping vastava pakkujaga. Kui ta pakub vähem sõidukeid, sõlmitakse hankeleping temaga tema poolt pakutava koguse osas ja paremusjärjestuses järgmis(t)e pakkumus(t)e esitanud pakkuja(te)ga sõlmitakse hankeleping(ud) selliselt, et hankija soovitud kogused oleksid maksimaalselt täidetud.
