Description
Hankintayksikkö (Tampereen korkeakoulusäätiö sr / Tampereen yliopisto) pyytää tarjouksia kemikaalinhallintajärjestelmästä ja käyttöturvallisuustiedotteiden päivityspalvelusta. Järjestelmässä on tarkoitus hallita yliopiston kemikaaliluetteloa kaikkien kampusten osalta ja huolehtia käyttöturvallisuustiedotteiden ajantasaisuudesta SaaS-palveluna. Hankinnan suuntaa-antava enimmäishinta on 55 000 €/vuosi. Käyttöönottovaiheesta pyydetään erillinen tarjoushinta. Yliopiston kemikaaliluettelon laajuus on tällä hetkellä noin 5000 kemikaalia, joista yli puolet on suurilta kemikaalitoimittajilta (Merck, TCI, Fisher Scientific, Avantor). Noin kolmanneksella kemikaaleista on jokin muu toimittaja. Tarjouspyynnön liitteenä on esimerkkiote kemikaaliluettelon muodosta (excel-tiedosto). Osana kilpailutusta järjestetään käytettävyyden arviointi ulkopuolisen asiantuntijan avulla.
