Hankinnan kohteena oli Kontiolahden kunnan Lehmon alueen liikenneväylien ja pihojen talvikunnossapito sopimuskaudelle 1.10.2025 - 30.9.2029 + yhden (1) + yhden (1) vuoden optiomahdollisuus. Hankinnan tulee täyttää Euroopan unionin suoraan velvoittavien säädösten, Suomen lakien ja asetusten sekä viranomaisten antamat määräykset.
