Hankinnan kohteena olivat Kontiolahden kunnan liikenneväylien ja pihojen talvikunnossapito sopimuskaudelle 1.10.2024 - 30.9.2029 + yhden (1) + yhden (1) vuoden optiomahdollisuus. Hankinnan tulee täyttää Euroopan unionin suoraan velvoittavien säädösten, Suomen lakien ja asetusten sekä viranomaisten antamat määräykset. Hankintaprosessi on kokonaisuudessaan suomenkielinen.
