Description

Anstalten i Umeå är en anstalt med cirka 150 platser i säkerhetsklass 2 och har pekats ut som en lämplig anstalt för expansion. Denna entreprenad omfattar: • 1 st storkök med kapacitet att tillaga 1 200 portioner per dag. • Förrådsbyggnad med höglager. • Komplettering av befintliga modulhus map. sadeltak samt inkoppling av fjärrvärme. • Ombyggnationer i tre befintliga hus. Administration, avskildhet, boenderum, tvätteri samt sjuksköterskeavdelning. • Komplementbyggnader: Ställverk inkl. reservkraft. • Mark och infrastruktur inkl. stängsel, fordonsgrindar, gånggrindar. Nyproduktion planeras till ca 1 000 kvm BTA. Ombyggnationer planeras till ca 1 400 kvm BTA.
