Avtalet omfattar köp av nya kaffeautomater, leverans, och installation utöver detta äger köparen rätten att avropa serviceavtal, kaffe och tillhörande produkter. Andra avropande myndigheter kan upprätta leasingavtal gällande nya kaffeautomater. Köparen förbehåller sig rätten att avropa sidotillbehör (såsom bitsocker , muggar, skedar etc.) av annan oavsett att dessa ingår i avtalet.
