Aktsiaselts Tallinna Linnatransport hangib projekteerimistööd Ehitajate tee 101 // Kadaka tee 62a kinnistule uue transpordihoone (remondihall koos kontori ja sööklaga) kavandamiseks. Hange hõlmab amortiseerunud hoonestuse lammutamist ning uue hoone projekteerimist, mis vastab kaasaegsetele nõuetele ja Tallinna linna arengukavadele. Projekteerimistööde hulka kuuluvad eskiisi, eel- ja põhiprojekti koostamine, ehitus- ja lammutuslubade taotlemine, insenertehnilised uuringud ning projekteerija autorijärelevalve ehitustööde käigus.
