Kristinehamns garnison nyetableras på Harberget, som idag utgörs av oexploaterad mark. I samband med att A9 etableras på Harberget i Kristinehamn kommer ett stort antal byggnader, vägar och planer successivt att upprättas på området. Då Harberget saknar befintlig infrastruktur finns inga andra alternativ än anläggning av nya vägar, planer och ett områdesnät inkl. anslutning till leverantörer av VA, värme, el och fiber.
