Entreprenaden består i att planera, projektera och anlägga ett antal byggnader bland annat simulatorbyggnad, flygplansverkstäder, personalutrymmen, kontor, förråd och taxibanor, platta samt markinfrastruktur inför införandet av ett nytt transportflyg baserat på Såtenäs flygflottilj.
