Hankinnan kohteeva olivat Juuan kunnan henkilökunnan hyvän työterveyshuoltokäytännön mukaiset lakisääteiset ennaltaehkäisevät työterveyshuoltopalvelut (Kela korvausluokka 1) ja tarjouspyynnössä määriteltyjen hyvän työterveyshuoltokäytännön mukaiset työterveyspainotteiset yleislääkäritasoiset sairaanhoidon palvelut (Kela korvausluokka 2). Kyseessä oli hankintalain liitteessä E tarkoitettu sosiaali- ja terveyspalveluhankinta.
