Description

Upphandlingen omfattar juridiska informationstjänster inom de rättsområden som är aktuella och relevanta för kommuner och kommunala bolag. Upphandlingen genomförs av Inköpscentralen för Östra Göinge, Osby, Hörby, Höör och Bromölla som agerar som inköpscentral enligt LOU. Upphandlande myndighet avser teckna ramavtal för avrop av juridiska informationstjänster efter de olika behov som finns inom kommunerna och bolagen utifrån yrkesroller och arbetsområden. För att tillgodose dessa olika behov eftersträvar upphandlande myndighet att teckna ramavtal med flera leverantörer. Planerad avtalstid är fr.o.m. 2025-06-16 t.o.m. 2029-06-15.
