Upphandlingen omfattar ett molnbaserat journalsystem för elevhälsan inklusive alla nödvändiga tilläggsmoduler som krävs för att kunna hantera digital journalhantering. Systemet ska vara fullt färdigutvecklat och med god säkerhet. Upphandlande myndighet ser positivt på om systemet även kan tillhandahålla följande funktioner: - Import av information från andra journalsystem elektroniskt. - Möjlighet att ange tomt adressfält vid skapande av dokument från dokumentmall.
