Syfte och mål med denna upphandling är att införskaffa ett journalsystem för elevhälsan som underlättar för våra medarbetare att utföra sina arbetsuppgifter effektivt och med hög kvalitet. Det nya systemet ska möjliggöra en sammanhållen och tillgänglig journalhantering, där alla relevanta uppgifter kan dokumenteras och följas upp på ett säkert sätt. Genom att implementera ett modernt journalsystem avser vi att förbättra elevhälsans administrativa processer, öka säkerheten kring hanteringen av känslig information och förbättra den övergripande servicen till elever och föräldrar.
